Applications are now open for the Women’s Leadership Development Programme.

This programme is aimed at women in leadership roles at clubs, CBs, or referee societies, including committee and board positions. The programme is designed to help develop and amplify participants strengths and build resilience and confidence to make a positive difference in their rugby environment.
