We are pleased to announce the appointment of Max Gimson as the new Head Coach of the Warwickshire U18 Girls squad.

Max brings a wealth of rugby experience to the role, both as a player and coach, with a strong passion for player development and supporting the growth of the women’s and girls’ game. Having represented Warwickshire himself at U21 level, Max also brings a real connection to the county and we’re delighted to welcome him back into the Warwickshire pathway in a coaching capacity.

We’re really looking forward to seeing Max work with the squad throughout the 2026/27 season and seeing what they can achieve together.
