AGE GRADE ASSOCIATION FORUM (MINI & JUNIORS) MEETING
OLD COVENTRIANS RFC

Dear Hon. Secretary,
After the very successful meeting of the Warwickshire clubs Mini & Junior sections that
we have renamed as the WRFU Age Grade Association held on April 5th we did say that we would have another meeting during the close season.
Therefore, a meeting has been arranged for Tuesday July 26th at Old Coventrians RFC starting at 7.00 pm and a complimentary buffet will be available from 6.30 for all attendees.
Ideally, we would like to see all the M & J Chairs, Club Safeguarding Officers and Club Rugby Safe Officers and their equivalent roles in the education sector in attendance. Thankfully we do have a few people who have said that they would like to be considered for roles within the running
of association and if there is anyone else who has thought about doing so and has not yet expressed that interest to Jane Waterhouse or myself please do so.
The final agenda still has to be finalised but it will include the following and if there is anything you would wish to have on the agenda can you come back to me asap.

two size four balls as an added incentive to attend
